Two gable dormers & a new bathroom

This home originally had 2 attic bedrooms which lacked insulation, so the rooms were freezing in the winter and scorching in the summer. The goal was to create 3 energy-efficient bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor along with space for a washer and dryer. The solution was two 14-foot gable dormers, and two small shed dormers to provide clearance for a walk-in shower and stackable washer & dryer in the bathroom.
